This recipe is modified from iowagirleats.com. It's easy and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 3 — 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Recipe:

  1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  2. Place the chicken bone side up in a 8x8 glass baking disk
  3. Combine the seasoning mix in a small bowl
  4. Drizzle the thighs with extra virgin olive oil
  5. sprinkle 1/2 the seasoning mix on the chicken and flip them over
  6. finish sprinkling season mix
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes until they reach 180-190 degrees
