Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:
- 3 — 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Recipe:
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
- Place the chicken bone side up in a 8x8 glass baking disk
- Combine the seasoning mix in a small bowl
- Drizzle the thighs with extra virgin olive oil
- sprinkle 1/2 the seasoning mix on the chicken and flip them over
- finish sprinkling season mix
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes until they reach 180-190 degrees
