Quick high fiber breakfast for a summer morning. Just mix it together the night before, and it’s ready for you in the morning.
- 1/3 cup gluten free oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup almond or cashew milk, homemade in the Vitamix
- 3/4 cup berries
- 1-2 Tablespoons applesauce
- The night before, mix all ingredients in a cereal bowl and soak overnight in the refrigerator.
- In the morning, stir it up and eat it.
