Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Non-Dairy, Gluten-Free

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Foragers Dairy Free Sour Cream
- 6 Tbsp grated fresh horseradish
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
In a small mixing bowl, stir all the ingredients together. Server right away and cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Feel free to add more fresh horseradish. :)
