Curried Chicken Loaf (Gluten Free)

This is gluten free.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground chicken breast (from Grow and Behold)
- 2 raw eggs
- 1 diced large onion
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1.5 Tablespoons ground turmeric
- 1.5 Tablespoons ground cumin
- 1.5 Tablespoons garam masala
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pinch of pepper
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. Place in a greased 8 or 9 inch loaf pan.
Bake uncovered for 60-80 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 °F. Cut into slices.
