This is gluten free.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground chicken breast (from  Grow and Behold)
  • 2 raw eggs
  • 1 diced large onion
  • ¾  cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1.5 Tablespoons ground turmeric
  • 1.5 Tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1.5 Tablespoons garam masala
  • ½  teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½  teaspoon salt
  • pinch of pepper

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients well.  Place in a greased 8 or 9 inch  loaf pan.

Bake uncovered  for 60-80 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 °F.  Cut into slices.
