Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Gluten Free Pizza!

So good! I made the dough in May 2023 using Cup for Cup, and not adding  any of the suggested additions, and refrigerating it for several days as discussed in the recipe. It turned out perfectly, except that I thought the dough needed to parbake for a few more minutes, and it was a little too crisp. In retrospect I should have followed the recipe and taken it out at 7 minutes.
