Mike's Marinade
Gluten Free
Based on the simple marinade our nephew Michael taught us to make when he visited in April 2005.
- ¼ c mustard
- ¼ c oil
- a little water to get right consistency
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp thyme
Mix all together and let the chicken (or anything) sit for a day or as much time as you have.
