- 1 cup veggie broth
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Gluten-Free!)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1.5 tsp ground ginger (or 1.5 Tbsp minced fresh)
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky, non-hydrogenated)
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil and stop heat. Add more veggie broth if it’s too thick.
If you’re making this for people who don’t like pieces, use the ground ginger and crushed garlic. If you like pieces, it tastes better with minced garlic and ginger, chunky peanut butter, and you can add chopped peanuts.
