From Myriam. Haven’t tried it yet but it sure looks good.

salt
1 lb pasta
2 TB oil
1/2 onion (ish)
3 garlic cloves
2 cups broth
2 cups or more pumpkin puree (it calls for 2, i use more. like 2.5 or 3.)
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp hot pepper sauce (i don’t do this)
2 pinches cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
pepper
7 leaves sage, sliced (if you have it. i don’t.)
grated parmesan/similar cheese

boil pasta
heat oil over medium heat.
add onions and garlic, cook till softened, about 5 min.   stir in broth, pumpkin, and cream
add hot sauce (if you’re using it of course), cinn, nutmeg.   season with salt and pepper.

lower heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 min. stir in sage (if you’ve got it).
mix with pasta, sprinkle with cheese.
shout a “yay myriam!!” out to the world.
