Rivka's Salmon for salad recipe

preheat oven to 500 degrees
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon, preferably wild alaskan
On a cutting board with a sharp knife, cut the raw salmon into 4-5 pieces as long as possible.
Using a cookie sheet, cover the cookie sheet with aluminum foil, and spary surface with canola oil
Place the salmon skin down on the aluminum foil separated by at leat 1/2 and inch.
carefully drizzle raw salmon with a line of extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.
When oven is preheated, place in oven for 7-8 minutes ONLY.
remove, place in glass container and refrigerate until you want to put it in salad.
