This is the easiest, quickest, simplest pumpkin seed recipe I’ve ever found. I think it was inspired by a recipe I found on allrecipes.com.
- 1 cup raw whole pumpkin seeds, separated from pulp, but not rinsed
- 2 teaspoons canola or other oil
- ¾ tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 300 °F.
- Toss seeds in a bowl with the oil and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or more, stirring every 15 minutes.
