Tasty and no sweetener — a perfect complement to the salad. I’m not sure where we first found this recipe but it has become our own. Apologies if I should give credit to a cookbook or blog or person.
- ¾ c olive oil
- ¼ c apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 2 tsp tahini (optional; makes it creamier)
Combine all ingredients and mix well, preferably by shaking vigorously. Place salt and pepper on table so people can add their own if they want.
