Sheep Butter

For starters, I want to record how much salt we like to add, to make salted butter from sheep cream.

3/4 tsp kosher salt per 100 g butter

This butter is salty. Is it too salty, or do we like it this way?

Next steps:

Step 1 : make bread

Step 2: put on butter

Step 3: decide if it’s salty in a good way

Conclusion: it's delicious, but definitely saltier than butter usually is. I think we should try it next time with 1/2 tsp kosher salt per 100g butter.
