Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Gluten Free

Sauce:

  • 435 grams of sliced strawberries (3 cups)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 135 grams Sugar (2/3 cup)

With a potato masher, mash and heat in a sauce pan until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and cool for 10 minutes.

Frozen Yogurt:

  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups of yogurt

Mix together sauce, milk and yogurt, and process in ice cream maker.
